December Flash Moot

Wellinghall's next flash moot will take place on December 10th at our usual pub, the Elephant & Castle (King Street location).

Come celebrate the birthdays of two very special Hobbits with Wellinghall Smial, the Toronto Tolkien Society —a couple of weeks later than the traditional date of September 22nd! As always, there will be friendly company, good food, plenty of discussions and laughter, and lots of cake. All Tolkien fans (and friends of Tolkien fans) are welcome to join us for this special afternoon at our favourite local meeting-place!

Wellinghall Smial and the Deathly Hallows

Join the Toronto Tolkien Society for a screening of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2 at the Scotiabank Theatre, followed by a late lunch at 2:30 p.m. at the Elephant & Castle (212 King St. West). Feel free to come to just one or the other, if you prefer... and invite your friends, too!

Remember to buy your tickets as soon as possible (http://cineplex.com/Theatr​es/TheatreDetails/Scotiaba​nk-Theatre-Toronto.aspx). We'll be seeing the 2D screening at noon, and will meet below the elevators around 11:30 a.m.
